After years of learning traditional hand-tool joinery and the craft of woodworking on his own, Lorin committed himself to the serious study and practice of designing and making fine furniture; first at Ebonista School of Woodworking and then at the renowned Port Townsend School of Woodworking where he studied with and learned from masters of the craft.

Seeks Woodworks is a family owned and run shop based in Port Townsend, Washington. Lorin is influenced by Scandinavian, Japanese, and American Craft furniture, and by the natural beauty of the wild places of the Pacific Northwest. He brings his own unique style and interpretation to everything he builds.
